How it works
Omnea automatically sends notifications to keep suppliers informed about tasks and activity related to their requests. Notifications are sent via email and in-app only and are tied to the email address used to access the supplier portal.
Emails will come from app@omnea.co
Notification preferences are managed by Omnea and cannot be customised by suppliers.
Notifications you may receive
Suppliers receive notifications when:
A new task is assigned
Step or task reminders are sent
You’re mentioned in a comment
An amendment is requested
Considerations
Notifications are sent via email and in-app only (no Slack or Microsoft Teams).
Notification settings are hardcoded and cannot be edited.
Always check notification emails to avoid missing required actions or deadlines.
