Who is this for?

This article is for suppliers or vendors who have been invited to Omnea to complete a request or questionnaire.
No Omnea account or admin permissions are required.

Guide

  1. Open the email invitation you received from Omnea.

  2. Click Start to begin.

  3. Enter your email address when prompted.

  4. Check your inbox for a magic link email from Omnea.

  5. Click the magic link to securely sign in.

You’ll be logged in immediately — no password required.

How it works

Omnea uses secure, one-time magic links so suppliers don’t need to create or manage accounts. Each login is tied to your email address and the requests assigned to you.

Considerations

  • Magic links are time-limited and can only be used once.

  • If a link expires, you can request a new one by entering your email again.

  • Always use the same email address that received the invitation.
