Guide

  1. Open a task from the supplier dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the section or question you want to discuss.

  3. Select the comment icon.

  4. Write your message or question.

  5. Post the comment to start the conversation.


How it works

Comments are attached to individual questions or sections, creating focused discussion threads. Both suppliers and internal users can reply, keeping all communication visible and contextual within the task.

  • Comments are visible to everyone involved in the task.

  • Use comments to ask questions or clarify requirements, not to submit official responses.

  • Any replies or mentions may trigger email notifications.
