Editing a Submission After an Amendment Request

This article explains when and how suppliers can edit a task after it has been submitted. You’ll learn what an amendment request means and how to update and resubmit your response when changes are requested.


Guide

  1. Sign into Omnea using your magic link.

  2. Open the supplier dashboard.

  3. Look for a task with the status Amendment required.

  4. Click the task to open it.

  5. Review any comments or instructions explaining what needs to be updated.

  6. Edit the relevant fields in the form.

  7. Select Mark complete to resubmit your updated response.


How it works

After a task is submitted, it is locked to prevent further changes. If the requesting organisation needs updates, they can request an amendment. When this happens, editing is temporarily enabled so you can update and resubmit the form.


Considerations

  • Suppliers cannot edit submissions unless an amendment is requested.

  • Only the requesting organisation can request amendments.

  • Once you resubmit, the amendment is marked as resolved.

  • If no amendment is requested, completed submissions remain read-only.
