Completing a Task or Form as a Supplier

This article explains how suppliers complete tasks and forms in Omnea. You’ll learn how to open a task, fill in required information, save progress, and submit when finished. This ensures your response is captured correctly and on time.


Guide

  1. Sign into Omnea and open the supplier dashboard.

  2. Click a task with a status of Action needed or Overdue.

  3. Review any instructions provided at the top of the task.

  4. Complete the form fields as required.

  5. Use Save changes to save progress if you’re not ready to submit.

  6. Select Mark complete when all required questions are answered.


How it works

Forms automatically save as you work, so you can leave and return without losing progress. Once you mark a task as complete, your submission is sent to the requesting organisation for review.


Considerations

  • Required questions must be completed before submission.

  • After submission, forms are locked unless an amendment is requested.

  • Completed tasks remain visible on your dashboard for reference.
