Understanding Task Statuses on the Supplier Dashboard

Last updated: January 19, 2026

This article explains the task statuses you’ll see on the supplier dashboard and what each one means. Understanding these statuses helps you quickly identify what needs action and what’s already complete.

Who is this for?

This article is for suppliers using the Omnea supplier portal to complete assigned tasks or forms.
No special permissions are required.

Guide

  1. Sign into Omnea and open the supplier dashboard.

  2. Review the Status column for each task.

  3. Use the status to decide what action is required.

  4. Click a task to open it and take action if needed.

How it works

Each task on the supplier dashboard has a status that reflects its current state. Statuses update automatically as you complete work or when the requesting organisation takes action.

Task statuses explained

  • Action needed
You need to complete or continue working on this task.

  • Amendment required
Your previous submission needs changes. Open the task to review the request and resubmit.

  • Completed
No further action is required. Your submission has been received.

  • Overdue
The task due date has passed and action is still required.

Considerations

  • Statuses update in real time as tasks change.

  • Completed tasks remain visible for reference.

  • If you’re unsure why a task is marked Amendment required, open the task to view comments or instructions from the requesting organisation.
